Homemade Beeswax Lip Balm

When making your own beeswax lip balm, you can add your favorite olive oil and other essential oils, such as lavender essential oil with a light floral scent. Add about 4 to 8 drops of pure plant essential oil to every 10 ml of lip balm. This will increase the moisturizing properties of the lipstick.

Ingredients: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) beeswax, 40 ml natural vegetable oil

Production:

First, pour the olive oil into a measuring cup.

Step 2: Add the beeswax to the olive oil.

The third step is to place the measuring cup containing the olive oil and beeswax mixture into a boiling pot and heat it over water until the beeswax is completely melted. The color of the melted solution is slightly darker than that of pure olive oil.

The fourth step is to add vitamin E after it melts. Use scissors to cut it open first, and then squeeze the solution in.

Fifth, add honey quickly. If necessary, continue heating it in the pot and stirring it. Otherwise, the honey will not melt into the olive oil and will clump together.

Step 6: Add plant essential oil. Once adding and stirring are completed, you are almost done.

Step 7. Finally, pour the prepared solution into the lipstick tube. If you don’t want essential oil, pour some of it into the lipstick tube before adding essential oil.

The last step is to cover the lip balm tube filled with the solution, then put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and you're done.
