Symptoms of organ dysfunction

Symptoms of organ dysfunction

Organ dysfunction is a relatively serious disease. Because for the human body to maintain normal functioning, each organ needs to work together and play its original role. If the internal organs are out of balance, it is generally necessary to regulate them by taking Chinese medicine. At the same time, you can use diet therapy to supplement the body's nutrition and promote the recovery of internal organ functions. So, what are the symptoms of organ dysfunction?

Zang-fu dysfunction refers to the excessive or insufficient function of the internal organs of the human body. The ancients divided the internal organs into two categories: the five zang organs are the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, and kidneys; the six fu organs are the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder, and triple energizer.

Differential Diagnosis

The relationship between the five internal organs: The internal organs cooperate with each other and are the inside and outside of each other. They are inseparable both physiologically and pathologically. Therefore, when we talk about the five internal organs, we also connect it to the six bowels. The details are as follows:

(1) Liver and Gallbladder The gallbladder is attached to the liver, and they are the exterior and interior of each other. The liver and gallbladder assist each other. Therefore, patients with excess heat in the liver and gallbladder have symptoms such as chills and fever, side pain, chest fullness, bitter taste in the mouth, and vomiting. Soothing the liver is enough to purge the gallbladder, and purge the gallbladder can also soothe the liver.

(2) Stomach and spleen: The stomach is responsible for digestion and ripening, the spleen is responsible for transportation and transformation, and the spleen circulates body fluids for the stomach, and the two work together. Therefore, if either party is sick, it will affect each other; both should be taken into consideration in treatment.

(3) Heart and Small Intestine The meridians of the heart and small intestine are interconnected with the heart. When the heart fire is strong, the tip of the tongue will be painful and the urine will be red and astringent. Therefore, the therapy of clearing the heart and promoting urination is adopted to expel the heat from the heart and small intestine through urination.

(IV) Lung and Large Intestine The large intestine is the organ of conduction, but it must rely on the descending of lung qi. Therefore, constipation can be treated by purging the lung qi; asthma caused by phlegm and turbidity blocking the lungs can be treated by purging the large intestine to benefit the lung qi. The two are closely related both physiologically and pathologically.

(5) Kidney and bladder The kidney and bladder are mutually exterior and interior. Urine needs to be transported and transformed by the kidneys and stored in the bladder so that it can be excreted normally. Therefore, if you have difficulty urinating, you should warm up the kidney and bladder Qi.

(VI) The pericardium and the triple energizer The pericardium is the outer guard of the heart, and the triple energizer is the outer guard of the internal organs. The meridians of the two are originally interconnected. In terms of meridians, the hand Jueyin meridian connects to the triple burner and belongs to the pericardium, while the hand Shaoyang meridian connects to the pericardium and belongs to the triple burner, and they are interconnected. Therefore, the relationship between the pericardium and the triple energizer is also very close.

4. The Extraordinary Palaces The Extraordinary Palaces refer to the brain, marrow, veins, gallbladder and female uterus. The kidneys control bones and marrow, the heart controls blood vessels, and the liver and gallbladder are mutually exterior and interior, which have been summarized above.

(1) The brain is the sea of marrow, located at the top of the head and covered by the crown of the head. The Neijing says: If the sea of marrow is in excess, one will feel light, strong and capable, and will be able to see beyond the proper limits; if the sea of marrow is insufficient, the brain will suffer from tinnitus, shin splints, dizziness, and blurred vision, and one will feel lazy and want to lie down. Therefore, whether the brain is normal or not is directly reflected in whether a person has sufficient energy. If the marrow sea is insufficient, the brain function will be weakened, which will manifest as sluggishness, weakness, dizziness, tinnitus and other symptoms.

(2) Female womb The female womb is also called the uterus or uterus, which is located in the lower abdomen in front of the large intestine and behind the bladder. After a girl reaches puberty, her menstruation occurs due to the unblocked Chong and Ren meridians. During pregnancy, the uterus has the function of protecting and nourishing the fetus. Pathologically, menstrual, childbirth and leukorrhea diseases are often caused by the disorder of Chong and Ren meridians. Since the Chong and Ren meridians originate in the uterus, they play an important role in both the physiology and pathology of women. Diagnosis: Mainly dysfunction of kidney, liver, heart and spleen, resulting in deficiency of Qi and blood, insufficiency of Chong and Ren meridians, and loose belt meridian; congenital deficiency, loss of kidney essence, acquired disorder, deficiency of spleen and stomach, deficiency of Qi and blood after serious and long-term illness are all manifestations of dysfunction of internal organs.
