1. Margarite Cookies

Ingredients: 100 grams of low-gluten flour, 100 grams of corn starch, 100 grams of unsalted butter, 40 grams of powdered sugar, 2 cooked egg yolks, and 1 gram of salt.

1. Soften the butter at room temperature and cook the eggs.

2. Beat the softened butter and powdered sugar with a whisk.

3. Peel the cooked eggs and carefully remove the yolks. Put the egg yolks into a small sieve and crush them with a spoon to sift out fine egg yolk crumbs.

4. Sift together the corn starch and low-gluten flour, and mix with the whipped butter until there is no dry powder.

5. Knead the dough into a dough with your hands and put it into the insurance policy, press it down and put it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

6. Take out the refrigerated dough from the refrigerator, roll it into small balls of 10 grams each, place them on the baking tray, and press small holes with your index finger. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place the cake in the middle layer and bake for about 15 minutes.

2. Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients: 115g low flour, 35g dried cranberries, 60g sugar, 75g butter, 15ml whole egg liquid.

1. Prepare the ingredients and chop the dried cranberries

2. After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and stir evenly. Add egg liquid and stir evenly.

3. Pour in dried cranberries and low-gluten flour, mix well to form dough

4. Pour the dough into a plastic bag and shape it into a cuboid about 6 cm wide and 4 cm high.

5. Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour, cut it into 0.7 cm thick slices, and place them evenly on a baking tray covered with tin foil.

6. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes until the surface turns slightly yellow.

3. Mango Egg Tart

Ingredients: several tart shells, 75g Anchor whipped cream, 70g pure milk, 7g condensed milk, 30g soft sugar

, 2 egg yolks, 7 grams of low-gluten flour, and a few mangoes.

1. Prepare tart crust, whipped cream, pure milk, condensed milk, and soft sugar

2. Use a knife to make a cross cut on the fruit pulp, then push it up with your hands, remove the fruit pulp with a knife, and put it into the frozen egg tart shell

4. Heat and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add two egg yolks to the cooled tart water.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well

6. Sieve the tart water and pour it into the tart shell, 80% to 90% full. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees for 20 minutes. Bake the second to last layer.

4. Bread Pudding

Ingredients: 2 slices of toast, 100 grams of whipped cream, 100 grams of milk, 2 eggs, 25 grams of sugar, almond slices

1. Mix milk and whipping cream

2. Add sugar, microwave for about 30 seconds and stir to make sure the sugar is melted. If not, microwave for another 10 seconds.

3. Tear the toast into cubes and put them in a baking bowl. Beat 2 eggs into egg liquid.

4. Pour the egg liquid into the milk mixture, stir evenly, and sieve the mixture.

5. Pour the sieved mixture into a baking bowl and sprinkle with almond slices.

6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

5. Homemade Peach Cake

Ingredients: 100 grams of standard flour, 50 grams of white sugar, 50 grams of corn oil (or any vegetable oil), 10 grams of egg white, and the rest of the egg yolk for later use. 55g chopped walnuts, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda

1. Add corn oil to the beaten egg liquid and white sugar and mix well in a bowl

2. Mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda evenly, sift them directly into the stirred egg liquid

3. Pour the chopped walnuts into the flour and mix well.

4. Pour the flour into the corn oil mixture in the first step and knead into dough

5. Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a small ball and flatten it. Put a heat insulation board on the bottom of the pot, cover it with tin foil, put the flattened cakes on it, and bake it for 5 minutes at the lowest heat.

6. Brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface before putting it in the baking tray, put it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, bake for about 12 minutes, until the surface is golden brown
