Will acne scars turn into spots?

Acne scars must be a very troubling existence for everyone. Acne scars are usually caused by acne on the human body during adolescence. After a period of treatment, people can usually cure the acne. However, due to late treatment, severe acne or improper treatment, acne scars will be left. Acne scars have a greater impact on the human body. Many people are afraid that acne scars will turn into spots. So let’s introduce whether acne scars will turn into spots.

If acne scars are not removed properly, they may turn into spots. People need to pay special attention to them. Here are some acne removal methods.

Due to the variety of types of acne, there are also many forms of acne scars. The more severe the inflammatory reaction during an acne attack, the more severe the skin tissue is damaged. The deeper the inflamed area, the deeper the skin tissue is damaged, and the more severe the acne scars that may be left in the future will be. Therefore, acne and acne scars are two major aspects that need to be taken into consideration when treating acne. A complete acne treatment plan must be a comprehensive medical treatment that combines dermatology and internal and external medicine. It includes promptly seeking out professional dermatologists when symptoms occur, doing early prevention work for acne scars that may form in the future, giving effective treatment to acne that is currently occurring, and doing surgical correction for acne scars that have already formed, in order to minimize the damage that acne does to the skin.

Acne scar removal method:

1. Massage to remove acne marks

Massage can promote blood circulation in the facial skin and enhance the skin's repair ability. Therefore, scars that have just shed blood can be removed by massage.

Method: First apply some skin care products with repair function on your face, then gently rub the scar with the base of your palm, do this 3 times a day, each time for about 10 minutes. If you persist in massaging for about two weeks, the scars will fade or even disappear.

2. Ginger slices to remove acne marks

Ginger has the effect of inhibiting the growth of granulation tissue and can be used to weaken and inhibit the growth of scars.

Method: Cut fresh ginger into slices, gently wipe the scar with the slices, and then apply the ginger slices to the scar area, change the ginger slices every 3-5 minutes, and repeat this 3 times. If you persist in this application for two weeks, you can fade the scar and make the skin on the scar area white and tender.

3. Apply vitamin C and vitamin E to remove acne marks

If the scar is dark in color, you can apply vitamin C on the scar. Vitamin C has a good whitening effect and can effectively reduce pigmentation in the scar area, allowing the scar to gradually return to the color of healthy skin. Vitamin E can enhance the elasticity of the skin, and can penetrate the surface skin, deep into the subcutaneous tissue, and repair damaged areas. Therefore, vitamin E can also be used to remove scars.

Method: Apply vitamin C and vitamin E on the scar and gently massage for 10 minutes. If you persist for a long time, you can effectively lighten the scar.
