Age stages of puberty

Age stages of puberty

Adolescence is a stage that every friend needs to go through. During this stage, there will be obvious changes in physical development, both individually and in various parts of the body. Puberty generally begins at the age of 13, although there are some friends who mature earlier. Friends in adolescence need to pay attention to their dietary nutrition and do related care work.

From a newborn baby to an old woman, our lives as women can be divided into six stages. These are: the neonatal period, childhood, adolescence, reproductive period, menopause and old age. Of these stages, adolescence is the most characteristic and dramatic.

Adolescence, in short, is the period of puberty development. It is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood, or in other words, a period of transition from sexual immaturity to sexual maturity.

Since human development is affected by many factors, the time when development begins and ends varies. It is also because of this that there is currently no unified age classification for puberty in countries around the world. The World Health Organization defines the age range of 10-24 years old as adolescence, while in my country, 13-18 years old is generally considered to be adolescence.

Nowadays, in many countries in the world, medical scientists have found that the developmental age of children, especially girls, tends to be gradually advanced. Therefore, we believe that defining the age range of 10-24 years old as adolescence is more in line with the current situation.

As the saying goes, "Girls change a lot when they grow up." Girls will gradually undergo various obvious changes during puberty, from the appearance of secondary sexual characteristics to the cessation of physical development. Therefore, some people divide adolescence into three periods.

Pre-puberty, about 10-12 years old.

Middle adolescence (commonly known as puberty) is approximately 13-18 years old.

Late adolescence is approximately 18-24 years old.

Adolescence is a period of "earth-shaking" changes in the human body, and also a "stormy" period of psychological changes.

Society, schools, parents, teachers, health workers and people around them should give teenagers enough care and love, teach them correct sexual knowledge and adolescent health knowledge, and help them get through this period smoothly.

Adolescence is also known as the "spring" of life because it is full of vigor, energy and hope.

My dear young girls, when you see this article, please accept our heartfelt blessings. We wish you have the best time of your life and grow up healthily.
