Hypertension blood vessel rupture

Hypertension blood vessel rupture

Hypertension is a common disease problem in people's lives. If hypertension is not serious, it will not be a big problem. However, if severe hypertension occurs, it will also affect a person's life and health. Blood vessel rupture caused by hypertension is a very serious problem. Once it occurs, the cure rate is relatively low and recovery is not easy. So what are the signs of blood vessel rupture due to hypertension?

Hypertensive patients should be alert to the 10 signs before cerebral blood vessel rupture

1. Dizziness

This severe dizziness often occurs suddenly, and one feels a sense of rotation and shaking when looking at things in the outside world. The duration of symptoms may vary from person to person, depending on the individual's condition. Some people experience nausea or tinnitus.

2. Short-term language difficulties and general fatigue

This phenomenon often occurs suddenly. In short cases, it may last for ten to twenty seconds. In long cases, it may take more than ten minutes or even several hours to return to normal. After recovery, the patient has no sequelae. Remember, this is a precursor to cerebral ischemia.

3. Sudden severe headache

If a patient with hypertension suddenly develops severe headache, dizziness, and vomiting, cerebrovascular disease should be highly suspected. At this time, you should measure your blood pressure immediately. Even if this phenomenon disappears automatically within a short period of time, you should still be vigilant. If this phenomenon occurs repeatedly, the patient may suffer from cerebral hemorrhage that is difficult to recover and reverse.

4. Sudden forgetfulness

If you completely forget what happened in the past, but feel better after a few hours, and feel nervous and uneasy when you forget, you should consider the signs of an acute cerebrovascular attack. Here I recommend a simple prevention method to everyone: drink water! Drinking a glass of water before going to bed can dilute blood viscosity and reduce the risk of sudden events such as myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, and cerebral thrombosis. For diabetics, maintaining a certain amount of water is also helpful in controlling blood sugar.

5. Darkness in front of eyes

Sudden, transient blackening of the eyes, or blurred vision in one eye, blurry vision, or even double vision. These are all signs of cerebral hemorrhage, so you must not take them lightly.

6. Numbness on one side of the body

If you often feel numbness on both sides of your body, you should consider whether there is a problem with the small blood vessels in your brain. If the numbness is accompanied by weakness in the upper or lower limbs, the situation will be even more critical.

7. Daytime sleepiness

Some people will experience symptoms of drowsiness before suffering a cerebral hemorrhage. They will feel sleepy even during the day when they are in good spirits, and feel very tired and not getting enough sleep.

8. Yawning

Some patients also said that they could not help yawning regardless of time or place. In fact, this is a sign of brain hypoxia.

9. Frequent coughing

Unexplained choking and coughing while drinking water or eating is also a precursor to cerebral hemorrhage for many people.

10. Hardness at the root of the tongue and drooling at the corners of the mouth

Suddenly I felt the root of my tongue become stiff, my tongue swelled, and I couldn't speak clearly. Even tongue pain and difficulty swallowing. Sudden drooling from one side of the mouth, inability to speak, or slurred speech.
