Therefore, women with constipation symptoms should pay attention to the treatment of constipation, actively rule out constipation caused by colon and rectal lesions, nervous system diseases, certain drugs, etc., eat more vegetables, fruits and fiber-rich foods, drink more cold boiled water, and develop the habit of regular bowel movements to reduce the occurrence of constipation.
