Ingredients: 80g each of Scrophularia and Rehmannia, 20g of Puffball, 1 corner of dried tangerine peel, 200g of pork, and a little salt.

Method: Wash the Scrophularia, Rehmannia and Puffball separately with clean water, soak the dried tangerine peel in water for a while, wash it clean, and wash the pork for later use. Put the above ingredients into the pot, pour in appropriate amount of clean water, boil it with high heat first, then switch to low heat and continue to cook for about 2 hours, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Ingredients: Prepare 30g of asparagus root, 15g of orange peel, 100g of polished rice,

Method: Boil asparagus and orange peel in water, filter the residue to get the juice, then put the juice and polished rice into a pot and add water to cook into porridge. Take it once a day for 7 consecutive days.

Light Bamboo Leaf and Rehmannia glutinosa porridge
