Complete recipe for milky bread slices

Bread is a food that many people like to eat, and milk-flavored bread is also a relatively delicious bread. Milk-flavored bread slices are food made with flour, eggs, milk powder and butter as raw materials. During the production process, you need to master some methods and techniques to make the milk-flavored bread slices more delicious. Next, I will introduce to you in detail how to make milk-flavored bread slices!

Ingredients: 400 grams of flour (high-gluten flour is required, not low-gluten flour);

Accessories: 2 eggs, 40g white sugar, 5g baking powder, 30g milk powder, condensed milk, 25g vegetable oil, 15g butter, 3g salt, 150g mineral water;

Production steps:

1. Prepare the bread machine and ingredients, then add high-gluten flour into the bread machine bucket, beat two eggs, add 150 grams of mineral water, and put in sugar, baking powder, milk powder, condensed milk, vegetable oil and salt;

2. Then set the bread machine to the dough kneading mode. After kneading for 15 minutes, cut the butter into pieces with scissors and add them together. Knead for another 25 minutes.

3. When the bread machine kneads the dough into a smooth dough, you can stop it and cover it with a lid to let it ferment;

4. This is the dough after fermentation. It can be two to three times larger than the previous volume.

5. Then take out the fermented dough, flatten it, ventilate it and exhaust the carbon dioxide, so that the yeast can absorb oxygen again and continue to ferment;

6. Divide the fermented dough evenly into 12 small doughs, then roll them into round shapes, cover with plastic wrap and continue to ferment for more than ten minutes. This way the dough will be softer and easier to shape again.

7. After the second fermentation, you can take a small dough and use a rolling pin to roll it into a long strip, then fold both sides in half to form a gap in the middle as shown above;

8. Then roll up the long noodles with the seam facing inwards;

9. Take out the baking tray and place the rolled small noodles neatly with the joints facing downwards to prevent the joints from loosening;

10. Then take a large plastic wrap and cover the small buns, put them in the oven for three fermentations. If the weather is cold and you are afraid that the buns will not ferment, you can put a bowl of hot water underneath to help heat them up.

11. After the three fermentations are completed, you can prepare to start baking bread. Preheat the bread machine for 10 minutes in advance, then put the small bakery in the middle layer of the oven and bake it at a temperature of about 160-180 degrees. You know your own oven best, so everyone can summarize their experience to bake;

12. Prepare the vegetable oil. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the bread immediately after baking. This will ensure that the bread will not dry out and become hard. It will also keep the bread shiny and look so good that you will want to kiss it.

13. After it cools down, dig it out and you will see that it has a strong milky aroma and is well fermented, with a very good taste.
