4. When there is one hour left, add rock sugar and peeled lotus seeds, cook until done, turn to keep warm and then add wolfberry. Tips 1. Don't add rock sugar when cooking Tremella, otherwise it won't be soft;

2. Fresh lotus seeds are easier to cook, so don’t put them in the pot too early; if you use dried lotus seeds, soak them before cooking, and you can put them in the pot at the same time as Tremella fuciformis;

3. I used a mini electric cooker for cooking porridge. The slow cooking function was automatically set to 3 hours, so I cooked the white fungus for two hours before adding the lotus seeds and rock sugar. If you use an ordinary pot to cook it, the whole process should take about 90 minutes. Boil the white fungus in water for the first hour, and add rock sugar and lotus seeds in the last half hour.

Ingredients: fresh lotus seeds, bean curd sticks, vermicelli, day lily, cloud ear, mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, enoki mushrooms, celery, carrots

1. Wash and cut the fresh lotus seeds, remove the yuba and soak them in clean water until soft.

2. Soak the vermicelli in clean water until soft.

3. Wash the daylily and soak it in clean water until soft.

5. Soak the mushrooms in clean water until soft, then wash and slice.

6. Wash the Cordyceps flowers and soak them in clean water until soft.

7. Wash the enoki mushrooms, and wash and cut the celery and carrots.

8. First, blanch the enoki mushrooms and celery, then add oil and garlic to a wok and sauté until fragrant. Then add the enoki mushrooms, fresh lotus seeds, celery and carrots and stir-fry briefly.

9. Pour in all the ingredients except cordyceps flowers, mix well, add water and sugar, cover and cook for about four to five minutes. Then add cordyceps flowers and cook for one minute. Add oyster sauce and salt, mix well and thicken.
