Generally, acute inflammation of the prostate can easily spread to the seminal vesicle, thus causing acute seminal vesiculitis. At the same time, bacteria retrogradely enter the wall layer of the vas deferens and the outer sheath through the lymphatic vessels, causing epididymitis.
