What exercises are good for gallbladder cancer

There are many ways to treat gallbladder cancer. Some patients use surgery, while others use exercise. However, many patients do not know how to use exercise to treat gallbladder cancer correctly. Let's discuss the exercise treatments for gallbladder cancer:

1. Exercise therapy for gallbladder cancer: Sit upright on the edge of the bed or on a chair, with your buttocks 1/3 of the way up, your legs apart, rub your lower abdomen with both hands, take a deep breath once, and when the breath is over, bend your upper body forward, with your head lower than your knees. At the same time, press your lower abdomen with both hands tightly to raise the diaphragm and expel the remaining air in the lungs as much as possible. Relax your hands, raise your head, stretch your neck forward, take a deep breath slowly, and slowly lift your upper body, return to the original sitting position, exhale slowly, and at the same time slowly bend your head and upper body down to expel the remaining air as much as possible. Repeat this for a total of 8 to 16 times. After the exercise, stand up, raise your legs alternately several times, and then do 7-8 squats to end the exercise.
2. Exercise therapy for gallbladder cancer: Stand naturally, first step your left foot forward to the left, move your body diagonally, and move your center of gravity to your left foot; clench your fists and move to the left side, swinging from bottom to top in a half-moon shape, with your right foot following your left foot, with your toes touching the ground, pause for a moment, and stabilize your body. Step your right foot forward to the right, move your body diagonally, and swing your hands from bottom to top to the right side in a half-moon shape as before, with your left foot following your right foot, also with your toes touching the ground. Repeat this left and right. When moving forward, bend your waist and exert your strength; lead with your front foot, and follow with your back foot, and step on and move your body forward. Repeat for 10 to 15 minutes.
